Although the nominal flow measuring range of the ultrasonic Doppler current meter produced by our company is 0.02-7 M / s, the actual low-end can be measured to the millimeter level with a resolution of 1 mm. In August, the comparison survey conducted by Anhui Provincial Bureau of Hydrology in Tunxi and Huaihe River in September basically approved the ability of this product to measure weak flow.
From October 24 to 25, at Tunxi hydrological station, we carried out partial reconstruction of the original cable way flow measurement system. The probe of ultrasonic Doppler current meter is used to replace the original rotor probe. The control box is installed above the lead fish. The measurement signal and control signal are transmitted wirelessly. The onshore host is composed of a computer and a wireless transmission and reception module. All operation and control are completed by the computer mouse. The computer displays the measured instantaneous flow rate and flow rate data and stores them.
The whole reconstruction process is simple and does not damage the original system. The rotor probe can be replaced when the rotor is used for flow measurement. The reformed system is easy to operate, and only one person can complete the cable car opening and flow measurement, and can measure the flow velocity as small as millimeter level, thus solving the current measurement problems of weak flow in many basins.

In the face of more than 90% of the domestic hydrological cableways, the current situation is generally low flow rate and there are many water plants.
In the national water resources monitoring capacity-building project, the flow velocity and flow at the sewage outlet of the river are measured, and the ultrasonic Doppler flow meter equipment is selected as the monitoring equipment.
