At the invitation of the Yellow River Commission on hydrology and water resources in the middle reaches, our company conducted flow velocity comparison test at Hequ and Fugu hydrological stations from May 23 to 24, 2012.
According to the opinions of the other party, lsh10-1 ultrasonic Doppler flow meter and ls25-3 rotor flow meter of our company are used to measure the flow at the same time. A total of 36 measuring points and 25 vertical lines are measured. The method of 1, 2, 3 and 5 points is used respectively. The measurement lasts for 100 seconds and takes 2.5 hours. Due to the small flow velocity in the river bend station, in order to visually check whether the rotor rotor rotation is affected by the water surface sponges, the one point method is adopted for the water surface measurement. A total of 10 measuring points and 10 vertical lines are measured for 100 seconds, with a time of 1 hour. The test results can be seen from the figure that the data of the measuring points at Fugu station are all on the upper left side of the 45 degree line, indicating that the rotor current meter system is smaller than the ultrasonic current meter, and the point group is scattered. The main reason is that there are many water sponges in the water. It is observed that as long as one or two wires are wound, the rotation of the rotor will be affected. Even if there is no winding, the flow of water sponges will temporarily slow down the rotation. So that the measured flow velocity of the rotor is small. The measured results of the rotor current meter and the ultrasonic current meter are 467m3 / s and 560m3 / s respectively, with a relative error of 9.06%
