LSS-10Q ultrasonic open channel flowmeter is used together with measuring weir to measure the flow of water in the open channel. It is mainly used to measure the flow of sewage outlets and urban sewers of sewage plants, enterprises and institutions. Since this instrument uses ultrasonic wave to pass through the air, it can be measured by non-contact method.
Performance characteristics
1. When selecting the type of measuring weir, we should consider the size of flow in the channel, the flow pattern of water in the channel, and whether free flow can be formed.
2. When the flow is less than 40L / s, the right angle triangular weir shall be generally selected; If it is greater than 40L / s, generally, it should choose to use bascher tank; If the flow is greater than 40L / s and the water level drop in the channel is large, rectangular weir can be selected.
3. If conditions permit, it is better to choose the basher trough. The relationship between water level and discharge of the basher trough is calibrated by experiments, and the requirements for the conditions of the upstream traveling channel are weak.
