The handheld electromagnetic current meter SVR, commonly known as the “radar speed gun,” is primarily used for field surveys and emergency measurements related to floods, dam failures, levee breaches, debris flows, and other similar events—particularly well-suited for rapid peak-flow measurements during the flood season.
