Instrument Overview
The WYX-02 pressure-type water level meter is a high-precision water level meter that simultaneously outputs both water level and temperature readings. It operates on the principle of hydrostatic pressure, which states that pressure is directly proportional to water depth, and uses a pressure-sensitive element as its sensor.
Performance Features
It mainly consists of sensors, electronic circuits, and a dedicated three-level lightning protection circuit. Both the water level and temperature sensors are original imported sensors. (The temperature sensor features a built-in housing for easy installation and reliable measurement.) These sensors rank among the world’s best in terms of accuracy, stability, and reliability. All components in the electronic circuitry are military-grade, and a high-precision 24-bit AD converter is employed, significantly enhancing the accuracy, reliability, and stability of the water level meter.

Installation Environment Requirements
When installing pressure-type water level gauges in reservoir dams, care should be taken to secure the air-conducting cable to the dam’s sloping surface to prevent it from being washed away by water. When installing in deep wells, if the cable is long, a cable with high tensile strength should be selected to avoid breaking the air-conducting cable. After the pressure water level gauge has been properly installed, during wiring, it is crucial to ensure that the shield layer of the air-conducting cable is reliably grounded.
